What are the Day Drops and how do they help me lose weight?

Compact and easy to use, Day Drops can go everywhere with you. Designed to help increase satiety, slow the absorption of carbs, boost metabolism and control your appetite, Day Drops also positively affect the hormones associated with feelings of hunger and cravings.

What is the dosage?

DAY:

Shake well before using. Take 15 drops (0.7 ml) 20-30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not exceed the daily recommended portion.

NIGHT:

Shake well before using. Take 45 drops (2 ml) one to two hours before bedtime. For best results, do not eat after taking drops. Do not exceed the daily recommended portion.

Water, Glycerol, L-theanine, L-glutamine, Natural Raspberry Flavour, Natural Spearmint Flavour, Citric Acid, Fructo-oligosaccharides, Acerola Fruit Extract (Malpighia glabra L.), Holy Basil Powder (Ocimum tenuiflorum L.), Cordyceps Powder (Cordyceps sinensis), Astragalus Root Powder (Astragalus membra-naceus), Steviol Glycosides.

Can I exercise on this programme?

Yes. However, as you exercise, you need to offset calories burned with an increased consumption of calories. For example: If you run and burn 300 calories, then you need to balance that out by consuming 75% of those 300 calories (or an additional 225 calories). But remember that you may only eat from the approved proteins and vegetables list. No extra fruit. It is important to note that vigorous exercise will slow your weight loss. You will lose inches, but your overall weight loss will be noticeably slower.

Is this product Halal-certified, gluten-free and vegan?

Yes to all three! The drops are Halal-certified, gluten- free and vegan. Plus, they’re certified by Informed- Sport.

What is Informed-Sport?

Informed-Sport is a quality assurance programme for sports nutrition products, suppliers to the sports nutrition industry, and supplement manufacturing facilities. It is a very rigorous certification process, and achieving this certification represents the highest of quality products.

What is the difference between Slenderiix™ and Xceler8™, and the Slenderiiz™ Day and Night Drops?

Because of the unique regulatory requirements of each country, formulas can vary by country to meet those specifications. Slenderiix and Xceler8 are specifically formulated for the U.S., whereas Day and Night Drops are formulated for Europe. Certain ingredients vary between the markets, but the results are the same.

Can I keep using Day and Night Drops once I’ve lost the weight?

Each person is different. While some achieve the results of their dreams in just one round of the Slenderiiz programme, others like to stay on the drops to help maintain their weight loss. It is completely up to you. If you feel the drops are helping even after you’ve hit your targeted weight, you can continue using them.

Can I use Day and Night Drops if I’m pregnant?

Please consult your physician before taking any ARIIX supplement while pregnant. Generally during pregnancy, weight loss is not advised.

Can I still drink coffee and drinks with caffeine while using the Day and Night Drops?

Sure! The drops contain only a small amount of caffeine, less than a cup of coffee.

I’m still hungry — can I take more Day Drops?

Most people do not feel hungry on this programme because of the unique formula of the Day Drops as well as choosing nutrient-rich foods from the Approved Foods list. However, if you are still experiencing hunger, it is likely that you are not consuming enough healthy fats (see Healthy Fats section of the Approved Foods list) or are exercising too much for your caloric intake. Try adjusting these things first. Focus on consuming more healthy fats, protein and vegetables from the Approved Foods list. Nutrient-dense foods help stave off hunger. If after these adjustments you still feel hungry, it’s okay to take a double dose of the Day Drops.

I still can’t sleep—can I take more Night Drops?

It is okay to take a double dose of the Night Drops; however, the Night Drops are not specifically a sleep aid or a sedative. These drops are designed to reduce stress levels and help you unwind and relax at the end of the day.

Can I have a cheat day on the Slenderiiz Programme?

While the programme doesn’t specifically allow for cheat days, if you feel it is necessary to have one every week, that’s up to you. The results of the programme are based on no allowance for cheat days, so be aware that your results may differ from what is typical.

I exercise often. How should I adjust my calorie intake to accommodate this?

Everyone’s calorie requirements vary. The recommended amounts on the Slenderiiz programme are for the typical adult. If you are an avid exerciser, it will be important to boost your caloric intake, specifically by consuming more protein, healthy fats or vegetables from the Approved Foods list. Consult a nutritionist or physician for specific calorie suggestions.

What if my weight loss plateaus?

There are many reasons you may hit a plateau, and it is normal to experience this. Make sure you are drinking all of your water, eating foods only from the Approved Foods list, and that you are counting your calories. If the scale is stuck for a stretch and persists more than a week, you have the below options.

OPTION 1:

For one full day, eat nothing but protein (and Day and Night Drops). Again, eat nothing but protein and drink only water.

OPTION 2:

Drink three PureNourish™ shakes a day with two apples or two cups of organic baby spinach blended in your shake (plus Day and Night Drops) and plenty of water. (Trying one of these two options should push your metabolism out of the plateau and allow you to continue your weight loss.)

OPTION 3:

Eat six apples for one day and drink all of your water (plus Day and Night Drops).

OPTION 4:

Start taking Restoriix™ on a regular basis to rid the body of toxins that could be flooding your
system due to fat loss. These tricks usually get your body unstuck from the plateau.

What should I do if I get a headache?

In some cases people can get headaches when following a lower calorie diet. To alleviate this, you
can drink an electrolyte-rich beverage with zero or low calories. Coconut water is a great choice.

How often should I weigh myself?

We recommend weighing yourself no more than once a week. Daily weigh-ins can discourage you, and it’s harder to see progress on a day-to-day basis. Try to weigh yourself first thing in the morning for the most accurate results.

If I follow 80% of the programme, will I get 80% of the results?

Surprisingly, no. The programme is specifically designed to be followed 100% for the best results.
